Super Smash Bros Direct – Wii U & 3DS: Inside Look

A new Nintendo Direct video disclosed features regarding the forthcoming Super Smash Bros. Video games for Nintendo 3DS and Wii. At the beginning of the clip, Masahiro Sakurai, the series inventor revealed that the release of the 3DS version of the game is intended for this summer, with the Wii version intended for winter 2014.


Both games will be obtainable in the Nintendo eShop and outlets. Sakurai also revealed many of the items and stages in both versions, illustrated the games web functionality, disclosed a new mode distinctive to the 3DS version and revealed a Pokémon X and Pokémon Y games,  Greninja, the fan-favorite, as a new playable character.



Mr Scott Moffitt, the U.S. A’s Nintendo representative said that new Super Smash Bros. games are an important experience for video game enthusiast the world over, and offer an experience that only Nintendo can give.





Scott added that fans had two launches to expect this year, and they would need to get enough practice with the Nintendo 3DS version to allow them to be ready for release of the Wii U game this year.

The Super Smash Bros. 3DS version includes a cool battle known as Smash Run that serves as an alternate to Adventure Mode, and lets 4 players start in a side scrolling beat-em-up technique session against rival and NPCs.





It was also made known that both game versions would feature online multiplayer, with modes for both hardcore and casual players to jump into the play.

The rest of the video concentrated mainly on the games technical features, such as the ability to contest as a Yoshi and as the male Wii Fit trainer receiving a complete posture readjustment.
