Two teens were killed after being run over by a truck after lying on a dimly lit road outside Antayla Airport in Turkey, while attempting to take pictures of airplanes flying overhead.
The two were among a group of 5 young men who rented a car and drove to Antayla from Alanya, an 83-mile stretch along the Mediterranean coast.
Muhammet Bozkurt, 17, and Çağlar Savaşçı, 19, were killed when 27-year-old truck driver Uğur Üstündağ failed to see the young men and ran them over.
The three others were able to roll out of the way at the last minute.
In clip captured soon after the incident, teenagers who narrowly eluded death may be seen weeping over their friends’ remains.
An autopsy is been performed at the close by Akdeniz University Medical Faculty Forensic Medicine Morgue and cops stated the investigation is continuing.
