Gupta clarified that the site’s primary objective is to make essential flight details more visible to users. Despite potential variations in aircraft assignments by airlines, the website uses live GDS data to present the most up-to-date information available.

It is essential to note that not all reported issues with Boeing aircraft are directly attributable to the company. Maintenance-related problems, such as the aforementioned door-plug incident, may fall outside Boeing’s scope of responsibility.
