Virtuix Announces 35 Launch Titles for Omni One Full-Body VR Gaming System

Virtuix, the developer behind the Omni One full-body VR gaming system, has revealed 35 launch titles ahead of its anticipated late Q2 2024 launch. The Omni One features a proprietary 360-degree treadmill that allows players to freely move around and immerse themselves in virtual reality games.

Jan Goetgeluk, the CEO of Virtuix, expressed pride in the high quality of the launch games, highlighting how the Omni One will elevate the virtual reality gaming experience. The company has collaborated with several award-winning studios to provide users with a diverse selection of games that promise to redefine their gaming experiences.

Despite the technical complexities involved in designing games for the Omni One, Virtuix has worked closely with game studios to ensure a seamless experience for players. The lineup of launch titles includes popular VR games such as Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord, Peaky Blinders: The King’s Ransom, Hubris, and Breachers.

Jake Zim, the Senior Vice President of virtual reality at Sony Pictures Entertainment, expressed excitement about the collaboration with Virtuix to bring Ghostbusters to the Omni One platform.
