Rally to Reclaim Free Speech – Supreme Court of the United States – March 18, 2024

On March 13, in Washington, DC, a significant gathering is set to take place as thousands of free-speech advocates from various parts of the country will convene at the Supreme Court on Monday, March 18. The purpose of this rally is to voice opposition against the Biden administration’s ongoing attempts to influence social media companies and Big Tech to engage in censorship and deplatforming activities as per its preferences.

A collaborative effort by organizations such as Children’s Health Defense, Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC), ICAN, Brownstone Institute, and Liber-net has led to the organization of this event. Notably, the states of Missouri and Louisiana, along with plaintiffs involved in Murthy v. Missouri (previously recognized as Missouri v. Biden), as well as proceedings in Kennedy/CHD v. Biden, have raised legal concerns asserting that the Biden administration has unconstitutionally pressured social media platforms to suppress individuals, engage in shadow banning, and censor information related to COVID, regulatory lapses, vaccines, and other contentious topics ostensibly conflicting with the administration’s viewpoint.

The District Court based in Western District of Louisiana has issued an order for the Biden administration to cease certain actions mid-process, pending the Supreme Court’s final verdict on the matter. The impending ruling by the Supreme Court on this case holds immense significance as it pertains to the preservation of free speech rights enshrined in the First Amendment, a cornerstone of American democracy since its inception.

Noteworthy figures such as CHD President Mary Holland, FLCCC’s Pierre Kory, M.D. Paul Marik, ICAN Founder Del Bigtree, Jeffrey Tucker from the Brownstone Institute, and Aaron Kheriaty, MD, representing the Brownstone Institute and serving as a plaintiff in Missouri v Biden, will be among the distinguished speakers at the event, with announcements for additional speakers pending.

For interested participants, the option to access and print signage for the rally is available via the provided link. The rallying initiative is currently backed by Children’s Health Defense, Liber-net, Brownstone Institute, FLCCC, and ICAN, with The Gateway Pundit operating as a co-sponsor to support the cause for free speech.
