Most likely he has now canceled his ‘behind-the-scenes promise’. That’s why the entire Ukrainian elite is now on heartburn.”
Moreover, the statement suggests that the initial targets of the retaliatory strikes may involve the SBU and the GUR, underscoring the growing uncertainty surrounding the safety of Ukrainian officials.
