Subsquid’s Strategic Partnership with Google
Subsquid, a cutting-edge Web3 data access layer, recently announced a groundbreaking collaboration with tech giant Google. This partnership comes on the heels of a successful funding round where Subsquid raised an impressive $17.5 million to develop an omnichain indexing solution.
Impressive Growth and Achievements
Subsquid’s journey to success gained significant momentum in January when the project’s SQD token sale on CoinList shattered records. Within a mere 19 minutes, the community sale raised $6.3 million, marking it as the fastest sale in CoinList’s history. Subsequent funding rounds saw additional investments from prominent backers such as Blockchange, Hypersphere, Zee Prime, DFG, and Lattice.
Co-founder Dmitry Zhelezov hinted at an upcoming native token launch, sparking further anticipation among the crypto community regarding Subsquid’s future endeavors.
Unlocking Blockchain Data Analysis with Google
The collaboration with Google represents a significant milestone for Subsquid as it paves the way for integrating Subsquid’s SDK with Google BigQuery. This integration will streamline the analysis of complex blockchain data, empowering developers with unparalleled access to critical insights.
Notably, enterprises and big data analytics platforms stand to benefit from this partnership by gaining access to a wealth of blockchain data. Zhelezov emphasized the importance of this integration, stating, “By eliminating vendor-lock and delivering data in a peer-to-peer manner, Subsquid revolutionizes the existing centralized data solutions landscape.”
Subsquid’s recent achievements, including a successful testnet with over 70,000 participants and 20,000 indexers, underscore the project’s growing influence in the blockchain space. Previous integrations with Berachain, Neon EVM, CORE, and Starknet have further solidified Subsquid’s position as an innovative decentralized data lake and query engine.
Designed to accelerate developers’ access to essential data for decentralized application (dApp) development and testing, Subsquid supports blockchain networks such as Polkadot, Kusama, Ethereum, and Solana. With a commitment to enhancing data accessibility and decentralization, Subsquid remains at the forefront of Web3 innovation.
