Web3 Gaming Superapp Gam3s.gg Secures $2 Million in Funding to Drive Web3 Gaming Adoption
Web3 gaming superapp Gam3s.gg has successfully raised $2 million in funding and has announced plans to introduce its native $G3 token to accelerate the adoption of Web3 gaming.
The primary objective of the company is to onboard the next 100 million gamers into the Web3 ecosystem. The latest funding round saw the participation of prominent venture capital firms, including Merit Circle, WWVentures, Cogitent Ventures, and more, supporting Gam3s.gg’s mission to revolutionize Web3 gaming.
Key investors in this funding round include Polygon co-founder Sandeep Nailwal, YGG co-founder Gabby Dizon, Sky Mavis & Ronin co-founder Jiho Zirlin, LiquidX co-founder Giulio Xiloyannis, among others, alongside notable VC firms such as Cypher Capital, Basics Capital, and Hercules Ventures.
Token Generation and Launch
Following the successful funding round, Gam3s.gg plans to proceed with the launch of its native $G3 token. A token generation event is scheduled for early April, where the $G3 token will be distributed to a global audience of Web3 gamers through a public sale and an airdrop event to reward early users from the past 18 months.
The $G3 token is designed to provide exclusive platform features, in-game rewards, and access to upcoming token launches for various games within the Web3 gaming ecosystem.

With a user base exceeding 300,000 registered gamers, the Gam3s.gg superapp offers a curated selection of Web3 games, eliminating onboarding complexities and enhancing the gaming experience for users.
