William Nylander’s Potential Return in Game 3 of Maple Leafs vs. Bruins Series
Star winger William Nylander of the Toronto Maple Leafs may make a comeback in Game 3 of the team’s first-round playoff series against the Boston Bruins. Despite playing all 82 games in the regular season, Nylander has been sidelined in the series thus far due to an undisclosed injury.
Head coach Sheldon Keefe did not disclose any updates on Nylander’s condition on Tuesday morning. However, he hinted at the possibility of Nylander returning as the series transitions to Toronto for Game 3. Keefe mentioned, “Well, obviously, no update today because not much happening for us today except for getting ready to travel. But he’s a possibility for us tomorrow, I guess, is all we would say.”
In Game 2 on Monday night, the Maple Leafs secured a 3-2 victory against the Bruins, leveling the series at 1-1 in the best-of-seven matchup.
William Nylander’s Contribution to the Team
