WrestleMania 41 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas
The WWE has officially announced that WrestleMania 41 will be held at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Saturday, April 19 and Sunday, April 20, 2025. This move comes after the overwhelming success of previous WrestleMania events and a desire to continue the momentum in one of the most iconic entertainment hubs in the world.
WWE president Nick Khan expressed his enthusiasm for the decision, stating, “Las Vegas is the Sports and Entertainment Capital of the World. Allegiant Stadium has proven to be even greater than the A+ venue Las Vegas guaranteed it would be. We look forward to bringing WWE’s biggest event, WrestleMania, to Las Vegas and Allegiant Stadium so we can collectively make WrestleMania 41 on April 19 & 20, 2025 the most successful WWE event of all time.”
WrestleMania 40, which took place at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia this past April, set a new attendance record of 145,298 for the two-night event. This format was established by the WWE during the pandemic, starting at WrestleMania 36 in 2020. The event became the most successful and highest-grossing in company history, setting a high bar for WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas.
Expanded Event Lineup
In addition to the two-night stadium event, WWE plans to host Raw, SmackDown, NXT Stand & Deliver, the WWE World fan event, and the 2025 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony in Las Vegas. This comprehensive lineup aims to provide fans with a diverse range of experiences throughout the weekend.
Furthermore, the WWE strategically scheduled WrestleMania 41 to avoid direct competition with the 2025 NCAA Final Four. The NCAA Final Four, taking place on April 5 and 7 in San Antonio, will precede WrestleMania by two weeks. This scheduling decision allows both events to thrive independently and attract audiences without overlap.
WrestleMania’s return to Las Vegas holds historical significance, as the last event held in the city was WrestleMania IX on April 4, 1993, at Caesar’s Palace. This outdoor event marked a unique chapter in WrestleMania history, and the upcoming WrestleMania 41 at Allegiant Stadium is poised to continue the tradition of memorable and groundbreaking moments.
