On Friday, Cesar Chavez’s family expressed their support for President Joe Biden, in response to claims made by RFK, Jr. that the civil rights leader would have endorsed the Independent candidate considering running on the Libertarian ticket.

The familial relationship extends further as Julie Chavez Rodriguez, the granddaughter of Cesar Chavez, currently serves as the president’s campaign manager.
