With this in mind, Hunter Biden’s legal team is determined to hold Fox News accountable for their actions.
Legal Action Against Fox News
In a letter addressed to Fox News, Hunter Biden’s legal team has made it clear that they are prepared to pursue legal action against the network. They have demanded that Fox News update their readers and viewers about the false bribery allegations that have been circulating. This includes adding editor’s notes to digital articles and informing on-air hosts like Sean Hannity, Jesse Watters, and Maria Bartiromo about the fabricated nature of these allegations.
Furthermore, Hunter Biden’s legal team has requested the immediate removal of any content related to “The Trial of Hunter Biden” from all streaming platforms, including Fox Nation. Failure to comply with these demands could result in significant liability for Fox News. However, this removal demand does not waive any of Hunter Biden’s rights to pursue legal action for the unlawful use of his image, name, and likeness.
On-Air Apology Demanded
Hunter Biden is seeking an on-air apology from Fox News for the defamatory statements made against him. If this apology is not issued, he plans to file a defamation lawsuit against the network. While it may seem unlikely that Fox News will issue an apology, another defamation lawsuit could prove to be costly for the network. As long as Fox News hosts continue to make defamatory statements about Hunter Biden, legal action seems inevitable.
