Decentralized Data Warehouse on zkSync Hyperchains

Space and Time (SxT), a decentralized data warehouse leveraging AI for instructing its data models, is set to unveil its network on a zkSync hyperchain. Traditional blockchain networks often operate in silos, lacking seamless interoperability with other chains. However, zkSync hyperchains are designed to tackle this issue by providing open-source infrastructure tailored for zk rollups and Layer 3 networks.

Addressing Interoperability Challenges

zkSync hyperchains offer a novel approach to building interconnected ecosystems through decentralized patterns, enabling more efficient transaction processing. These hyperchains incorporate hyperbridges, facilitating seamless asset and data transfers across multiple blockchains. By enhancing interoperability, zkSync hyperchains have the potential to streamline transactions, reduce fees, and promote a more dynamic and upgradable blockchain ecosystem.

Utilization of SxT for Blockchain Data Analysis

SxT serves as a valuable tool for collecting and analyzing blockchain data, with the next phase focusing on integrating with smart contracts. The data platform will feature a zero-knowledge proof (ZKP) verifiable compute layer (VCL), ensuring the accuracy, authenticity, and tamper-proof nature of information transmitted to smart contracts and businesses.

According to Vassilis Tziokas, Head of Enterprise Business Development at Matter Labs, SxT will introduce innovative concepts to zkSyncs, including a decentralized data warehouse and the Proof of SQL protocol. These developments will enable zero-knowledge authentication queries to verify the integrity of raw data and responses.

Launch of New Features

As part of the upcoming launch, SxT plans to introduce new features, such as providing zkSync data from zkSyncEra and hyperchains on the platform free of charge. Builders will only need to cover the computational expenses associated with executing queries, eliminating costs for data storage and indexing.

Scott Dykstra, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at SxT, expressed their decision to implement a zkEVM as the exclusive settlement layer for the network, citing zkSync as the ideal choice for this purpose.
