Lawsuit for Election Integrity in Michigan
Speculation suggests that Romney-McDaniel may run for governor in Michigan as part of the RINO ticket in 2026, coinciding with the RNC’s first election integrity lawsuit in the state. The lawsuit, filed in the US District Court in Western Michigan, represents 30 million registered Republicans across the nation, challenging the state’s voter registration processes.
The lawsuit highlights discrepancies in voter registration rates across Michigan counties, pointing to problematic figures that exceed the adult population in various regions. Moreover, the legal action calls out Michigan’s Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and the Director of Elections for failing to meet federal requirements for maintaining accurate voter registration records.
