Pornhub and its affiliate sites like Redtube, Brazzers, and YouPorn are affected by these legal developments. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit recently ruled in favor of Texas, upholding the constitutionality of the state’s age verification law.

Aylo, the parent company of Pornhub, has expressed its commitment to challenging the legal restrictions imposed by Texas. Alex Kekesi, the vice president of brand and community for Aylo, conveyed the company’s determination to protect the rights of both the adult entertainment industry and its performers.
