MLB Power Rankings: Yankees Claim Top Spot
It’s a new week in our MLB Power Rankings, and we have a new No. 1 team! After the Phillies dethroned the Dodgers two weeks ago, the red-hot Yankees have now taken over the top spot. Since May 1, New York has been on fire, winning 25 of its last 32 games.
While the top teams continue to dominate, the rest of the league is struggling, with only 11 clubs holding a record over .500. This includes seven teams in the American League and just four in the National League. Will we see a shift as we move further into the summer baseball season?
