Planetarium Labs Announces Closed Beta Test for Immortal Rising 2
Planetarium Labs has revealed that it will be conducting a closed beta test for its upcoming idle-RPG, Immortal Rising 2. The registration for the beta test is now open and will run until June 18. The actual testing period will be announced at a later date. Participants in the beta will have the opportunity to play the current build of the game, providing valuable feedback to the development team at Bad Beans.
The initial announcement of Immortal Rising 2 was made during the Korean Blockchain Week in September 2023. This new game, a sequel to Immortal Rising, promises to enhance the original’s features with improved combat mechanics, guild content, skill trees, and sustainable tokenomics.
JC Kim, the CEO and founder of Planetarium Labs, expressed his excitement about the upcoming beta test, stating, “We’re thrilled to unveil the Closed Beta Test for Immortal Rising 2, marking a pivotal moment in our journey to redefine gaming in the Web3 era. We can’t wait for players to immerse themselves in the world of Immortal Rising 2.”
In 2022, Planetarium Labs secured $32 million in a funding round led by Animoca Brands. The company has a track record of launching successful Web3 RPGs, with Nine Chronicles M being the most recent addition to their portfolio.
