Randy stresses, “The victim here is the customer, and this unethical behavior has become pervasive in the industry. While there are reputable companies, they are not the norm.”

Randy’s goal is to establish Independent Solar as a trustworthy company, setting a standard for the industry. He believes that by operating ethically, businesses can create a ripple effect of credibility that benefits the entire sector.
