Recently, BacketKit announced an upcoming Kickstarter campaign for “The Marvel Art of Russell Dauterman.” This 216-page hardcover book will encompass Dauterman’s artistic endeavors over the past decade, featuring a collection of covers (both regular and variant), interiors, and design work. Dauterman himself mentioned that the book will encompass a wide range of his creations, including his work on titles like X-Men, Scarlet Witch, and Thor. Fans can expect to see a comprehensive showcase of his costume variant covers, with Dauterman confirming the inclusion of previously unseen designs, such as a variant cover for Thor.

In addition to the artwork, the book will also include commentary from Dauterman himself, providing insights into his creative process. Dauterman teased that the book will feature some special extras requested by fans, making the project a labor of love that he hopes audiences will appreciate.
