Incident of Violence on School Bus Raises Concerns

A recent incident captured on a cell phone has brought attention to the disturbing reality of violence and bullying in schools. The footage shows a fifth-grade female student viciously beating a little boy while adults on the bus failed to intervene.

Details of the Incident

The incident took place in Niles, Michigan, at Ballard Elementary School on March 4. The video shows the girl hitting the boy multiple times while other children watch and even taunt the victim. At one point, the girl instructs a friend to record the assault.

Despite the boy’s attempts to touch the girl’s phone, the violence continues, with the adults on the bus remaining passive throughout the ordeal. The video captures the boy being beaten without any intervention from the school staff present.

Response from the School District

The victim’s father, after multiple attempts, was not provided with the video footage of the incident by the school district. Despite promises of investigation, the father was left in the dark until he discovered the video online.

The school district’s refusal to allow the father access to additional footage from the bus cameras raises concerns about transparency and accountability in addressing such incidents. The girl responsible for the assault reportedly had a history of disciplinary issues, including being previously banned from riding the bus.

Allegations of Curriculum Indoctrination

Additionally, it has been revealed that the principal of Ballard Elementary School, Jennifer Shabazz, has been promoting Critical Race Theory and radical gender theory concepts in the classroom. Professional development training focused on these ideologies has been implemented, raising questions about the education approach within the school.

The curriculum distributed to teachers includes sessions on addressing race with students, LGBTQ+ terminology, gender identity discussions, and privilege concepts. The influence of such ideologies on young children has sparked controversy and calls for further investigation.

The father’s consideration of legal action against the school district underscores the need for accountability and addressing the root causes of violence and indoctrination within educational institutions.
